Description
Front office will be responsible for handling the reception area and some administrative duties such as, but not limited to, greeting, scheduling, treatment presentation, and checking patients in and out.
· Maintain office policies and procedures
· Answering multi-line phone system
· Collecting payments
· Discussing financial arrangements
· Insurance Verification
· Sending insurance claims and following up
· Processing insurance payments
· Filling the schedule
· Insurance and Patient Account Receivables
Basic Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
· Great Customer Service
· Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
· Knowledge of dental terminology
· Familiar with PPO/Insurance Benefits
· Basic Accounting knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of Open Dental Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
