We are seeking a organized and detailed-oriented Dental Receptionist for an established dental office in a great location. We are a fun, growing, full service private practice dental office with the latest technology. We are looking to add a team member that loves people and dentistry. Four day work week with great salary and benefits.
Candidate must be energetic and have excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide positive experiences for our patients is a must. As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dental experience a must.
- Eagle Soft knowledge preferred.
- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, accountability and responsibility required!
- Ability to multitask, delegate.
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Thrives in high-pressure situations with a high stress tolerance.
- Availability to attend training sessions periodically throughout the year
Responsibilities
- Check in/out patients with a welcoming smile
- Schedule appointments efficiently.
- Collect patient information, update records,and maintain accurate patient files.
- Take on various administrative tasks.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Effective use of down time by calling patients with unscheduled treatment.
