EXPERIENCE:
Dental Front Office experience preferred
Our office is located in Folsom Ca. (Dr. Troy Hull and Dr. Cameron Fife) We are looking to add to our front office team. This is a full time position 4-5 days a week. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional care for our patients and is able to effectively assist and communicate with the front and back-office teams. Candidate must have good organizational skills and be able to multitask and adapt to sensitive situations, while maintaining HIPPA compliance. Dental experience is highly preferred, but we will train the right person.
Responsibilities: Job duties will include, but not limited to:
- Greets and checks in patients and visitors, consistently providing an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assisting with answering phones, scheduling, documenting in patients charts, checking patients out after treatment with collection of co-payments, confirming patient appointments and doling follow up calls.
- Assisting with insurance estimations and email correspondence.
- Must be able to prioritize job duties and commitments.
- Maintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration daily.
- Maintains/cleans lobby and reception area.

High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Dental Software systems preferred.
