Bring your dental front desk expertise to our practice! We're seeking a professional and personable receptionist to join our team. You'll leverage your experience to excel in patient care, appointment scheduling, and insurance coordination. Responsibilities
Patient Experience:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Checking in patients upon arrival, updating information, and collecting copays.
- Managing paitnet flow in the waiting area and treatment rooms.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in the dental practice management software.
- Processing insurance claims, verifying coverage, and collecting payments.
- Preparing dental treatment plans.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Clearly communmicating with patients about appointments, billing, and treatment options.
- Collaborating effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other dental staff.

Pay: $19.70 - $28.00 per hour
