WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HR ANALYST – SATELLITE SERVICES

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR


  • Data Quality Analyst – Provide analytical support reviewing Global and US Business Rules while running/receiving Data Quality reports with GBS HR Costa Rica. Liaise with HR Business Partners, assist with correcting errors, and ensure data accuracy in SuccessFactors.

  • Provide corporate knowledge base support by helping to maintain company employee resources and article documentation that include answers to FAQs, Guides, Rewards, and benefit information, and troubleshooting instructions. Educate and collaborate with functional collaborators/Authors in updating documentation on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Work closely with GBS Romania to analyze data and usage of Now@BAT, striving for continuous improvement with knowledge base support and encouraging self-services for all employees.

  • Coordinate monthly HR Data Committee Governance meetings with key collaborators across HR, assisting in developing, implementing, and maintaining data governance policies and procedures that guide how the organization’s data is handled, used, and shared. This will include creating standards and guidelines that ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

  • HR Sox Coordinator - Responsible for performing SOx control testing procedures and corresponding reviews and approvals. Ability to read test procedures closely, request and provide the required documentation for each control, provide clear testing comments, identify steps taken to validate testing results, and ensure all testing evidence is properly uploaded for validation in GRC.

  • Support the Senior Manager, Satellite Services and Rewards COE with key projects, programs, and initiatives as necessary.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE


  • 3+ years of HR related experience, specific emphasis on data and analytics preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area.

  • Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills, and intellectual curiosity.

  • Demonstrated track record of successful partnering/collaborating within and across multiple functions and levels within organization.

  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple sources.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity by engaging available resources.

  • Ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships and communicate effectively across multiple levels throughout the organization, as well as with international colleagues in various markets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proven ability to deliver result, with an open and creative attitude.

  • Proficient in the use of office technologies (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
