Job Description

As a Demo Systems Administrator at Zoom, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our cutting-edge software solutions to potential clients. You will be responsible for setting up the environments used for product demonstrations, providing technical support during pre-sales activities, and ensuring a high-quality demo experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

+ Systems Administration: Manage the Zoom and Microsoft 365 instances used for product demonstrations and technical labs. You'll need to be proficient in configuring and optimizing software settings across various SaaS platforms to showcase the full range of features and capabilities.

+ Scripting and Automation: Work with Demo Engineers and their developer skills to test and implement automation scripts to streamline system processes and enhance efficiency.

+ Demo Environment Management: This role will manage and support the environment used to demonstrate the Zoom platform in executive briefing centers, industry events, and sales calls with customers.

+ Technical Lab Environment Management: You'll also be responsible for provisioning and supporting the lab environments used to conduct technical workshops with Zoom partners and customers around the world.

+ Demo Support: Collaborate with the Global Architecture team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly. You'll work closely with Technical Sales Architects to prepare and configure environments to support the demo narratives they write for different scenarios, industries, and geographies.

+ Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system configurations, automation scripts, and best practices.

+ Third-Party Integrations: Work to implement and support integrations with third-party platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow that connect to the Zoom platform and products.

+ Collaboration: Works both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams while communicating project timelines to team members. You'll work closely with sales, solutions engineering, and product marketing to deliver experiences that amaze Zoom's prospects, customers, and partners.

+ Reporting and Analytics: Implement a system to track and measure system usage, impact, and performance. Ensure the availability of the platform for Zoom's Sales teams and customers.

+ Project Management: Manage business expectations and project deliverables like timelines and scope with stakeholders. Manage communications to deliver progress/status updates to executives and other project partners. Partition large and complex projects into reasonable phases with solvable tasks and clear timelines. Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required

+ 5+ years in a systems engineering or SaaS administration role

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience of managing Zoom and Microsoft 365 platforms

+ 3+ years of experience analyzing business requirements, researching solutions, and driving end to end project implementations

+ Experience managing the VMware Lab Platform

+ Experience managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions, certifications preferred

+ Experience with Session Border Controllers from AudioCodes and Ribbon preferred, but not required

+ Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, personable, with strong attention to detail

+ Ability to understand customer needs and effectively tailor product demonstrations

+ Experience and certifications in project and development methodologies such as AGILE and SCRUM

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$180,000.00

Maximum:

$288,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
