Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable of all in-house and external collection procedures.
• Work with company representatives to process debt collections.
• Determine the validity of debts under collection.
• Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Be able to communicate with customers.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Keep records and status of customer's account.
• Work in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• At least TWO years of Debt Collections experience.
• Experience in working with target dates and tight deadlines
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Collections office located in KENMORE looking to fill a handful of positions immediately!!! Applicants must be ENERGETIC, SELF-MOTIVATED, and DRIVEN! We offer a fantastic opportunity with hourly PLUS commission. Ideal applicants must be willing and able to take and follow instructions and follow our proven system for success. Applicants will need basic computer skills. This is collections, so applicants need to have basic negotiating skills. The hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:00pm, NO weekends and most major holidays off. So applicants must be available to work during those times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
