This position is fully remote and you will have the opportunity to make unlimited commissions. Must be available to work 8AM-5PM PST. Please do not apply if not available within these hours.
Are you an organized multi-tasker seeking to play an integral role in a fast paced and fun office environment? The Collections Specialist will be assigned a portfolio of commercial accounts and take responsibility for bringing in the highest recovery rates while maintaining professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolving past-due balances with business owners
- Skip Tracing; utilizing a variety of tools at our disposal
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Friendly disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
- Skip-Trace experience required
- At least one year of heavy commercial collections experience required
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and focused on accuracy and quality
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Experience with Collect One software preferred but not required
