Role Overview:
As the Dealership Relationship Manager, your primary role involves expanding our footprint in the automobile dealership space, leveraging your experience and expertise to forge strong partnerships and generate impactful leads. This is a remote role with potential to travel to new and existing partner dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the acquisition of new automobile dealerships
- Cultivate and sustain strong, win-win relationships with automobile dealerships, both locally and across the nation
- Utilize your auto dealership knowledge and connections to build origination pipelines
Reporting Line:
Directly reports to the COO
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile dealer relationship management or sales
- A results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation, deal-sealing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated success in autonomous, entrepreneurial settings
- Familiarity with DealerTrack or RouteOne is a plus
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($60,000-$75,000)
- Attractive uncapped commission based on the number of dealerships onboarded and the volume of origination
