Salary```We are recruiting for three (3) Customer Relationship Managers for our client, The state of Florida Government in Tallahassee, Florida. These are all long-term positions and the Corp-To-Corp hourly rate range is: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour. If you are qualified and interested, please forward your resume' as a word.doc attachment. This customer Relations Manager position is due February 24. Must work on-site. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant IT and business work experience.
- Experience managing teams and projects; establishing, managing and maintaining strategic relationships with external customers in one or more business segments.
- Experience working on multiple, complex projects as a project leader and the subject matter expert.
- Experience as liaison between enterprise and end-users, outside vendors, contractors, and consultants to define and establish service and support requirements.
- Experience investigating and resolving Customer Relationship problems.
- Experience analyzing and determining operational and financial impact of new product and service offerings, and proposing changes or solutions to products and services for optimal business results.
- Experience assisting in organization change management and functions as an internal consultant in analyzing business processes, assessing and defining customer specifications and requirements, proposing business solutions that prioritizes technology and services needs to satisfy customer requirements, and facilitating solution design, building and testing.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract negotiation and administration
- Experience managing and mentoring supervisors, project leads and/or technical staff.
- Experience interacting with functional groups within the IT organization to communicate and clarify customer requirements.
- Experience working under general direction of senior level management.
