**POSITION OVERVIEW & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

BoldHaus has built its reputation based on providing proven, excellent programs and maintaining long-term relationships with our highly valued community. The BoldHaus Inside SalesRepresentative & Client Relationship Manager position is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of a prospect, including:

  • New lead generation and nurture
  • Outbound calls to warm leads who inquired about BoldHaus programs
  • Inbound calls with prospects who’ve booked sessions
  • Converting right-fit prospects into clients
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client
  • Maintaining a relationship with our highly valued clients over time so we can continue to serve them

This position provides a base salary along with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand and reputation with the highest level of integrity, trust, professionalism and demonstration of our core values and brand promises.
  • Be 100% knowledgeable about all BoldHaus programs and their components, program contract terms, pricing, company policies and procedures, etc.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails and texts to our database of prospects, clients, past clients, etc. to create interest in BoldHaus programs.
  • Conduct inbound Zoom sessions with prospective clients who book calls with us.
  • Conduct jumpstart calls with your newly enrolled clients/program members to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Conduct strategic debriefs with the clients you’ve enrolled at the midpoint and end-point in programs to keep our clients on track and identify opportunities for them to participate in other programs where it aligns with their continued growth goals.
  • Track and report your activities and keep our client/prospect database current.
  • Follow all company reporting and other standard operating procedures.
  • Attend all company events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, etc. to engage with prospects.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and BoldHaus provided tools to generate new leads.
  • Manage relationships with clients, including supporting finance and client success teams with outreach as is required.
  • Monitor company Facebook groups for Client Relationship management opportunities, sales-related questions, etc.
  • Be a good “partner” to the marketing team to share client success stories, etc.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets set by CEO and CFO.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • MUST be based in South Florida.
  • Must be able to work overtime and travel.
  • Must attend all in person company events (retreats, conference, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
