Current hourly requirements are 1pm to close M-Fr and weekend availability.

Reporting Relationship: Spa Manager, Director (owner)
Compensation Structure: Hourly + Bonus
Overview:
Spa receptionists are responsible for answering the telephone, keeping a clean work environment, ensuring excellent customer service, taking accurate messages, greeting customers, cashiering, maintaining guest lounge, boutique and scheduling appointments.
Other responsibilities include some administrative and clerical duties, such as filing, data entry and the preparation of documents.
Evening and weekend availability are required for this position
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in front line guest service (Spa, Salon, Hospitality and Acupuncture and Retail required)
- High school diploma or college degree
- Computer skills and aptitude for mastering spa software
- Flexible availability

- Skincare knowledge and understanding of the spa menu
- Great organizational skills and follow-through

Position Roles and Responsibilities:
- Displays masterful knowledge of spa experiences and menu
- Able to maneuver through booking software program quickly and effectively
- Accurately enters point of sale data
- Efficient at making reservations, check-in and check-out of Spa Guests
- Familiar and knowledgeable with spa boutique inventory
- Assists with merchandising and maintaining the spa boutique
- Assists with inventory management and other organizational tasks
- Promotes spa services and gift cards/certificates, advises on gift selection, maintains accurate gift card sales data
- Provides gracious spa tours to visitors
- Maintains a beautiful physical environment within the guest areas
- Greets and checks guests in and out
- Facilitates effective workflow for technical team
- Maintains a polished and professional image
- Assists other support team members when asked
- Attends all in-house training and meetings
- Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
- Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution
- Prepares promotion presentation and display
- Maximize revenue generation for both treatments and retail

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
