Paradise Found Massage & Day Spa, a local’s favorite spa servicing clients in the Tidewater area since 2012. We are very proud to offer quality service at every visit with the best therapists and technicians in a relaxing atmosphere. Our therapists and technicians are licensed/certified in different types of massage therapies and spa treatments to exceed every individual’s needs. Our therapists have years of training and experience to ensure that our clients receive the best experience possible. This position is specifically for a "Fill in" Receptionist. It will be very part time to start, hours can be expected to expand upon our hiring of more service providers.
No Spa experience is required, as long as you are a fast learner.
Responsibilities include:
- Exceptional customer service. You will be the first interaction between Paradise Found and New & Existing clients, your positive energy will be so important to us!
- Enforcing our policies to our customers.
- Spa Laundry
- Cleaning
- You will be expected to become familiar with our services to inform new inquiring clients.
- Miscellaneous office tasks
Skills required:
- Focus and Critical thinking.
- Communication- Being able to communicate with a confident, calm, caring demeanor is key for taking care of the clients at our spa.
- Computer knowledge.
- You will be trained to work with our scheduling system to schedule appointments and enter data.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
Schedules:
Extremely Part Time: As we hire more service providers the number of regularly scheduled hours can be expected to increase.
The shifts to be covered will vary, but may include morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening, weekdays, as well as weekends.
We are looking for someone who has good focus, is reliable and punctual.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week
