```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding company services and products
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- light housekeeping, including morning vacuuming, light laundry and folding sheets
- willingness to learn to operate wellness equipment such as saunas and etc
```Skills```
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using technology, including POS systems, cash registers, and basic computer applications
- Experience in cash handling is preferred
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are an asset for communicating with diverse customers
