Spa Receptionist

Crystal Spa is seeking a full time and part time Spa Receptionists to consistently provide an exceptional customer experience, and ultimately drive revenue for our growing spa. We are looking for a postitive, driven individuals to join us and bring a world-class spa experience to every client, every time.

The Spa Receptionists responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed. Additionally, the Spa Representative assists with transitional cleaning of the spa and relaxation area as needed.

• Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills, including managing multiple schedules and multi-line phone system.
• Professional appearance and presentation, with strong interpersonal and customer servece skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills, with data entry capability.
• A positve attitude, good energy, team player outlook, and a great smile.
• Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have weekend availability.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist/front desk personnel or as Customer Service representative

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
