Data Entry/Office Clerk

Job Summary:

Peoples Financial Corporation is currently seeking a Data Entry/Office Clerk for our home office in Marietta, GA. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask. This role provides clerical support to other positions as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answers and directs phone calls.
• Data entry.
• Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday.
