Data Entry / Billing Person

Transportation company is looking for an
Administrative Assistant / Billing Person to join our team in Joliet, IL office.

This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.

We want someone that will help us continue to build a cohesive team environment and can help us take our company to the next level!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with data entry tasks to ensure proper customer billing.
• Use TMW and Synergize to manage billing functions.
• Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant working with BOL’s billing.
• Working knowledge of TMW and Synergize.
• Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, high-energy attitude.
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set.
• Familiarity with office equipment and software.
