We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a variety of data into our systems and databases. The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with other members of the team to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting a high volume of data into various systems and databases.
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors.
Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance projects as needed.
Responding to inquiries and requests for information regarding Data Entry processes.
Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
