Our client, a leading Health Insurance Company, is in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join their team in Philadelphia, PA!
- Title: Clerical Business Support
- # of Openings: 1
- Work Location: 100% onsite | 1901 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19103
- Hours: M-F, 7.5 hours to be worked between 7am-5pm.
- Duration: 3 months – possibility of extension or conversion, no guarantee, based on business needs
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: $16.78/hour
Job Description: Clerical support role that will be onsite asissting the team with opening mail and other business needs.
- Provide business support to a small team of Medicare Sales QA Monitoring Specialists.
- Create and organize electronic Monitoring files so they are easily reviewed and obtained in case of audit.
- Scan, copy, upload daily reviewed materials into shared drive
- Review incoming email, selecting content that needs to be added to the Monitoring files.
- Assist in maintaining interdepartmental tracking mechanisms.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, highly organized and has the ability to multi-task. Must know how to use a copier/scanner and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
