The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing date entry tasks, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the school. Responsibilities:

• Data Entry:

• Accurately input data into a variety of district databases
• Maintain up to date and organized electronic and paper records
• Maintain up to date district inventory
• Track & manage all district subscriptions

• Invoice Processing:

• Review and process invoices in a timely manner
• Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies

• Communication:

• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely Data Entry and dissemination of information
• Respond to inquiries from staff, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding purchases and payments

• Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to the district office as needed
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment
• Other duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework in accounting or related fields is a plus.

Experience

• No prior experience is required;
• Proficiency in MS office suite, especially Excel

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Technology

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
