Position:Data Entry Clerk.
Company: Non-Profit Organization.
Location: North County.
Pay Rate: $13.94/hr.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Duration: Temporary assignment, 3-6 months.
Role Overview:
Join a mission-driven organization where your work makes a difference! As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing applications for Low Income Energy Assistance Programs. Your role will be split between application processing and phone-based customer service, keeping applicants informed about their application status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications for Low Income Energy Assistance Programs.
- Spend approximately 50% of your time on the phone, updating applicants on their application status.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft software applications, and various web-based and server-based software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must pass a clerical and typing skills test (minimum score of 30 wpm required for typing test).
