Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative

We are a small portrait studio, specializing in school photography. Our studio is currently seeking a full-time Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Applicant must be available to work Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Input images and data into software for print production
• Process high volume of images and match data to the appropriate images using manual and automated Data Entry
• Handle customer orders in person or on the telephone
• Schedule appointments
• Make customers feel welcome and valued at all times
• Assist other team members as needed
• Handle additional duties as requested

Essential Skills * Computer savvy and efficient

• Accurate typist with a knack for attention to detail
• Data spreadsheet and word processing tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Database management
• Excellent Customer Service/communication skills (written and verbal)
• Dependable
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work well with others
• Highly self-motivated
• Technically minded/Problem solver
• Microsoft Office product knowledge
• Willingness to learn new software platforms
• Well-built skills in organization and time management
• Ready to take on responsibility and lend a hand when needed

Desired Skills and Experience * Data Entry: 1 year

• Image editing and management (Adobe Photoshop)
• Creative image design (Adobe InDesign)
• Photography experience
