Job Description
- Process applications for Low Income Energy Assistance Programs.
- Spend approximately 50% of your time on the phone, updating applicants on their application status.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft software applications, and various web-based and server-based software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must pass a clerical and typing skills test (minimum score of 30 wpm required for typing test).
