Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Job Type: TEMPORARY
Hourly Rate: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday; standard hours of operation
Job Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialists open to multiple projects/contracts throughout St. Louis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and quickly entering data into systems, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring a high level of precision in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources into our databases with precision and speed.
Reviewing and verifying data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files in an orderly and accessible manner.
Conducting research to obtain additional information needed for accurate Data Entry.
Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with Data Entry standards.
Collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues and providing regular updates on progress.
Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
Proven Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in Data Entry or a similar role is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry.
Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
