Duties of the Data Entry Clerk:
- Compile data, review and prepare reports as needed
- Review new case documents and bankruptcy court electronic files
- Communicate with clients regarding missing documents and apprises
- Process returned disbursement checks
- Research and corrects issues in client files
Qualifications of the Data Entry Clerk:
- College degree required
- Legal or paralegal experience preferred
