Responsibilities:
Receive data via MS Excel and/or access Quickbase database, validate and enter relevant data into internal and external customer systems, in accordance with company policy and procedures
Ensures work is completed accurately per agreed deadline
Process and review integrity or validation reports regularly and identify potential improvement opportunities
Reports any data integrity issues and work with supervisor to get them
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills
6+ months of Data Entry experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and excellent customer service
Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48.999.09-$61,550.00 per year
