Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data into our database accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity of the data. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for managing and organizing files, as well as performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our database from paper documents or digital sources accurately and efficiently
- Verify the accuracy of data inputted
- Maintain and update records and files as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
