Data Entry Clerk

We're looking for candidates with an eagle eye for even the tiniest inconsistencies and errors, and who can create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes. In this position, you will handle a range of accounting and finance support functions, with an emphasis on effective record keeping. This position will involve entering high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases with utmost precision and speed and must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail. This Data Entry Clerk role is a long-term opportunity in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Your responsibilities
- Aiding the company in Data Entry and additional administrative tasks
- Completing additional tasks as needed
- Maintaining Data Entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Detecting flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents
- Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries
- Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes

- High school diploma or equivalent obtained
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
- Produce a Data Entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Comprehensive knowledge of numeric Data Entry
- Knowledge of Excel Formulas
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
