Your responsibilities
- Aiding the company in Data Entry and additional administrative tasks
- Completing additional tasks as needed
- Maintaining Data Entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Detecting flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents
- Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries
- Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes

- High school diploma or equivalent obtained
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
- Produce a Data Entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Comprehensive knowledge of numeric Data Entry
- Knowledge of Excel Formulas
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
