We are looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk to help manage a series of administrative tasks. We're seeking an individual with at least five years' experience in Data Entry and a background in customer service skills. This is a long-term position with our company, offering competitive pay and the chance to work in a fun and energetic environment.
The Data Entry Assistant enters client Purchase orders, work orders, and digital order information into our production software, NOMOS.
Abilities Required
- Excellent typing and computer navigation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to focus for long periods of time
- Extreme attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to count and retain numerical information.
- Read & understand English and become familiar with industry language and terminology.
- Ability to operate under pressure and time constraints
- Ability to interpret, transpose, and accurately reproduce data with speed and extreme accuracy
Specific Responsibilities
- Login to client’s procurement portals and collect/download order info.
- Login to NOMOS and re-enter client’s order information into our system.
- Work with Business Development Manager & Client Service Manager to resolve issues and solve problems with orders.
Key Performance Indicators
- 100% Order transposing and entering accuracy
- Orders downloaded from client’s portals and copied to NOMOS in less than 24 hours
- Alerting Production team with client order abnormalities and incomplete order info
- Clean and complete order data being provided for production team
