Data Entry Assistant - Perfect Search

The individual chosen for the Data Entry Position will have the following responsibilities: Transfer store sales data from paper format into computer files or database systems Type in sales data provided directly from concessionaires Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes Verify sales data by comparing it to source documents or files Update existing sales data Retrieve sales data from the database or electronic files as requested Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data to preserve recordkeeping The individual chosen for the Data Entry Position should have the following requirements: Proven experience as Data Entry clerk Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware Basic understanding of databases Good command of oral and written communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail
