Campaign Strategy and PlanningSupport the planning, development and execution of comprehensive Retail Media strategies aligned with business objectives.Work closely with brand, sales & agency teams to translate brand strategy into best-in-class Retail Media programs that achieve established KPIs.Build selling stories that align brand, retailer & distributor strategies with consumer and shopper at the forefront.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Retail Media campaigns into overall marketing plans. Identify opportunities for growth and optimization of campaigns.Execution and Monitoring.Support end-to-end execution of Retail Media campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and insights. Ensure alignment with KPIs and goals.Budget Management.Manage and optimize budgets like a financial superhero, ensuring every dollar packs a punch.Keep a hawk-eye on budget tracking by brand, tactic, campaign and customer.Reporting and Analysis. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
