Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Quality Control process for all mail files uploaded to the POS system by campaign specialists, ensuring compliance with data standards and guidelines.
- Meticulously review each mail file for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with campaign specialists and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures and checklists for the Quality Control process, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Provide guidance and support to campaign specialists on data-related issues, including data formatting, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Generate regular reports and metrics on data quality and accuracy, highlighting trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure the smooth integration and processing of data within the POS system.
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards for sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data management, Quality Control, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with experience in data manipulation, validation, and cleansing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work remotely and accommodate different time zones, as necessary.
