Position Summary: The Data Analyst will provide support to operations and compliance by obtaining and using clinical data from multiple sources to support quality initiatives through analysis of data and preparation of reports. Working remotely may be permissible.
**This is a remote position but any Florida Resident is a plus so you can periodically meet with management.**
Qualifications: The Data Analyst must have a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), previous related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Further job requirements:
· Microsoft Excel super user possessing the ability to produce spreadsheets, graphs, pivot tables and charts
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
· Strong Analytical skills, strong personal computer skills
· Demonstrated competence in data collection, data analysis and data quality control, database file manipulation and statistical and graphics software
· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

· Collects and enters data into multiple sources
· Prepares reports by identifying, collecting, analyzing, interpreting and summarizing data and trends
· Collaborate with managers on a variety of projects involving program design
· Completes special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules; developing and organizing information
· Assists in the creation of marketing tools, educational resources, and webinars
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
· Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
