The EPIC Data Analyst for Revenue Operations we are looking for:
As a Data Senior Data Analyst for Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for providing ongoing reports to executive and leadership teams, continuously improving the reporting stack, responding to custom report requests, and developing and implementing data collection and analytic systems to optimize efficiency. Will have proven working experience as a Data Analyst or business analyst, technical expertise regarding data models and database design development, and strong knowledge with Excel, Tableau SQL, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
Conducts complex important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment. Is an analytical thinker with a passion for data analysis and a desire to drive operational excellence. Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Provide ongoing reports to executive and leadership team
- Continuously improve reporting stack for providers, partners, and staff.
- Respond to custom report requests from key customers and providers.
- Develop and implement data collection and analytic systems to optimize efficiency.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends on complex data sets.
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reporting outputs.
- Work with engineering to correct reporting issues for stakeholders.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- A BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Statistics is required.
- 5+ years of industry specific experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language proficiently.
- Proven working experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Postgres SQL
- Proven experience with SSIS and SSRS
- Proven Experience with Tableau reporting/ building
- Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
- Familiarity with database design, documentation and SQL coding
- Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions such as AWS S3, and Azure Blob Storage.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
