As a Data Analyst, Product Allocations and Reporting, you will be responsible for: Being a team player within a support team and sharing your knowledge and experience with your other team members Assisting with reporting and analytics based on the requirements provided with the ability to visualize the data (tell a story) Learning processes from several different teams and analyze data in Qlik to build a strong understanding of order management issues Deep dive into the data to analyze orders to determine root cause on why they are not processing, then take the necessary actions to fix the orders Identify and provide criteria to our Data Scientist to continue developing our dashboards, making processing error types quick and easy to identify and adding automation to our processes Work with our supply chain and customer service teams to allocate orders manually and using automation tools, such as Winshuttle Provide information and answer questions on supply interruption status to our internal partners Provide solutions to business problems, looking for opportunities for lean processing, automation, and innovation UAT testing and validating data in new dashboards and for changes to dashboards This position may suit you best if you arefamiliar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career withHealthineers Analytical skills and familiar with Lean and process improvement methodologies preferred.
Proven ability to work with business analytics tools, conduct dataanalysis, and drive implementation of improvement projects.
