The Energy Services team is looking for an Visualization expert in the Analytics space that can continue to drive maturity and advancement with turning data into insights. The Energy Services team is looking for an Visualization expert in the Analytics space that can continue to drive maturity and advancement with turning data into insights. This is an excellent growth opportunity for someone who is extremely analytical and thrives on the challenges inherent in dissecting complex business problems.
The ideal candidate will need to manage concurrent projects and priorities while applying strong problem-solving and project management skills. Strong data manipulation, visualization, and inference skills are critical for success. This position will report directly to the Customer Data Strategy Leader on the Sales Process Optimization Team and will support the data and analytics needs of our Energy Services teams within the Trane Commercial HVAC business.
This is a Remote position
Responsibilities:
- Understand business priorities and stakeholder requirements in order to determine best solution to meet its needs
- Support development and deployment of best-in-class analytics solutions to enable simplified self-service capabilities by sales and functional leadership.
- Create, improve, and maintain Tableau dashboards around Customer using leading and lagging indicators from Financial and Operations metrics
- Share solutions and critical thinking techniques within organization to enhance knowledge and ability across Enterprise
- Develop data structures required to combine multiple data sets to allow for multi-faceted data exploration and performance dashboards.
- Manage deployment of analytics solutions through standard work development, training sessions, and on-going support for business teams.
- Operate in an agile fashion to deliver regular “demos” to the customer
- Drive and document analytics standards and best practices
- Develop and present complex, customized presentations of findings to senior leadership and field offices.
- Undergraduate Degree in business or related field (Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / Finance / Economics / etc.), or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate solutions from the customer’s viewpoint
- 1 year of experience developing Analytics solutions
- Experience building visualizations using Tableau
- Proficiency with Alteryx and/or Python highly desired or willingness to learn
- Experience leveraging cloud infrastructure

Base Compensation Range is $70,750 to $93,750
