The Energy Services team is looking for a results-oriented, emerging leader in the Analytics space that can continue to drive maturity and advancement with turning data into insights. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales Process Optimization and will support the data and analytics needs of our Energy Services Sales and Pre-Construction teams within the Trane Commercial HVAC business. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with stakeholders to creatively satisfy their unmet needs and develop solutions that lead to business insights.

Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the Energy Services Analytics Project Pipeline, focused on helping stakeholders minimize the time required to turn data into insights
- Understand business strategy and stakeholder requirements in order to determine best solution to meet its needs
- Lead development and deployment of best-in-class analytics solutions to enable simplified self-service capabilities by sales and functional leadership.
- Share solutions and critical thinking techniques within organization to enhance knowledge and ability across Enterprise
- Own and develop data structures required to combine multiple data sets to allow for multi-faceted data exploration and performance dashboards.
- Manage deployment of analytics solutions through standard work development, training sessions, and on-going support for business teams.
- Partner with Commercial Sales teams, Finance, IT and broader organization to develop and launch innovative solutions.
- Operate in an agile fashion to deliver regular “demos” to our stakeholders
- Drive and document analytics standards and best practices
- Develop and present complex, customized presentations of findings to senior leadership and field offices.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in business or related field (Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / Finance / Economics / etc.), or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate solutions from the customer’s viewpoint
- 3 years of experience developing Analytics solutions
- Experience building visualizations using Tableau
- Proficiency with Alteryx and/or Python highly desired or willingness to learn
- Experience leveraging cloud infrastructure

- Demonstrated ability to apply the right tool to the problem at hand, with consideration given to future enhancements and alternative audiences
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to grow into Advanced Analytics space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Base Compensation Range is $94,950 to $125,550
