We have an immediate opening for a self-starter and a results-oriented, hardworking customer service professional to join our Customer Support Representative (CSR) team. The essential function of the Customer Support Representative (CSR) is to meet with prospective customers one-on-one and review Verizon’s brand new services and technology, provide service recommendations that fit the customer’s needs, and help them through the new account sign up and sales process. Every Customer Support Representative (CSR) has an opportunity to change their career trajectory while delivering innovative solutions to the community. Customer Support Representative (CSR) Responsibilities:
- Meet directly with customers and provide a sound understanding of how 5G compares to competitors and all of the services we provide
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals by using consultative sales skills to discuss the customer’s wants and needs and provide targeted service solutions
- Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
- Helping customers enjoy the best things about their new products so they are fully knowledgeable and can maximize services
- Communicate and work with other team members/departments, setting goals and deadlines, handling documentation, and updating customer
- Be informed on the latest telecom industry developments by attending team meetings and training workshops
Customer Support Representative (CSR) Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, client services, sales, or telecommunications experience is highly preferred
- Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the Customer Support Representative (CSR) team along with customers and our Verizon clients
- Persuasive communicator and good listener with a competitive, goal-oriented nature
- Quick thinker, customer-centric, outgoing, and work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with independent decision making

Pay: $750.00 - $1,050.00 per week
