CaseGuard is a technology startup based in the DC area; it is expanding and looking for a IT Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be crucial in driving our growth and increasing sales productivity.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, the plans, pricing, troubleshooting, and availability.
- Writing troubleshooting articles on common issues and ability to record videos to walk users through fixing the issue.
- Create tickets and report bugs for the dev team to fix.
- QA the software.
- Work with the different teams to meet customers' needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Manage our existing clients and keep them updated with the most recent product functions, tools, and help materials.
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being able to participate in writing blog posts, recording videos, and help materials.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients and build networks within the law enforcement community, government, education, healthcare, and the private sector.
- Ability to anticipate future business opportunities and customer needs.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to keep up with the fast-growing base.
