CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITES:
Provide in-person administrative support for the Management, Production, and
Sales Departments. This is not a remote position.
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
- Data entry and file maintenance
- Processing payments/cash handling
- Provide marketing support
- Provide additional administrative support for the L.C.S. Lawn Tree team
as requested
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Full time availability M-F, 7:00a-3:30pm
- Proficient in MS Office, Email, Internet
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Requires excellent communication skills, both analytical, and problem
solving
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under
pressure
- Lawn Care or Landscaping industry experience a plus but not necessary
