Job Description


Skyborne Opportunity

We are looking for skilled and talented Customer Support who is responsible for ensuring our customers have a first-class experience during their time with Skyborne. This integral, position is the primary contact point for all Skyborne customers on site at our Vero Beach training facility.

Ensuring Cadet welfare issues are to be managed effectively, gaining support from the wider team as required. Maintaining high standards through the training facility and coordinating with third party suppliers.   • Day to day responsibility for dealing with front of office, duties such as switch board operation and greeting customers.
  • Administration and Visa applications.
  • Offering professional, first line support to Cadets, customers in relation to accommodation, uniform and general welfare.
  • Management of driver schedules.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of maintenance and upkeep throughout the Vero Beach Training Centre facility and including support of the cleaning contract.
  • Vendor orders of uniforms from suppliers.
  • Developing key relationships both internally and externally to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Responsible for stock control of consumables such as brochure materials and supplies.
  • Maintenance of the NPS feedback and customer surveys.
  • Participating and assisting with event organization to include open days, graduation events, airline visits, airline forums and university visits.
  • Offer administrative support to operational teams as required.

Qualifications


Professional requirements are as follows:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts, across all levels.
  • Significant experience in a customer service/customer facing role.
  • Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly.
  • Significant experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner.
  • High school degree/GED and/or some College degree from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years’ experience must be in a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Skyborne Airline Academy or within the talent acquisition field.
  • Contingent to employment, all candidates must pass a drug screening and background check, along with TSA badging-if required for your role.
  • SOFTWARE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
  • General knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office Programs and other software programs may be required, as needed.
  • Type/keyboard 40+ wpm (computer user with minimum typing/keyboarding skills), preferred.
