Customer Success Associate

Top Tutors for Us was founded in 2022 by Angelica Harris with the goal of providing Black Students with culturally competent learning to help them succeed in the college admissions process. We have developed a network of excellent Black Top Tutors and work with predominantly black school districts. We tutor various test prep courses including but not limited to the ACT, Accuplacer, SAT, and AP Classes. Currently, we have worked with the St. Louis Public School Systems and have contracts with more clients in the fall.

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

```Duties```
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed
- Monitor customer usage and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing their experience
- Assist in the development of Customer Success strategies and initiatives

```Experience```
- Proven experience in customer service or account management roles
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Demonstrated ability to effectively market products or services to customers
- Experience in sales or project management is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
