Hours: This is a full-time, remote position.
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for the day to day management of GameU’s HRIS System and oversee the coordination/scheduling of training activities. The Human Resource Associate will also assist in the running of the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including recruitment, training, benefits, and company policies and practices.
Essential Functions (Duties/Responsibilities):
- Manage employee data and records within the HRIS system.
- Generate reports and analytics using the HRIS system.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS users.
- Assess training needs for current staff.
- Manage roll out of appropriate training and follow up on completion.
- Distribute electronic policies and procedures to staff and follow up as needed.
- Assist with performance management.
- Source training appropriate to the organization.
- Research, implement and coordinate effective training strategies for new hire onboarding training.
- Research state compliance requirements.
- Complete all employment/unemployment forms, including reference checks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- Comfortable and ready to participate in meetings, attend calls, and engage on camera while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum three years of prior Human Resources experience required.
- Administrative Experience with ADP's WorkForce Now platform.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Compensation:
Compensation for roles at GameU vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, GameU provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $52,000 - $60,000 per year. In addition, GameU provides a range of benefits for this role. Compensation will always be compliant with the wage requirements in the state of employment.
