This position is hybrid.
The Graphic Communications Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies. In addition, we are the industry leader in Color Standardization and G7 implementation.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with customers
- Maintains integrity of systems and sales order management, including pricing, contact information, product set ups, and web-order information
- Resolves customer issues via phone, email, or chat relating to back-orders, delivery information, and other order fulfillment duties, such as processing customer consignments
- Manages back-orders, and gathers and communicates delivery information and other issues that directly impact customer order fulfillment
- Assesses customer needs and makes product or order enhancement recommendations, utilizing value-add techniques
- Maintains customer information, customer preferences, and communicates opportunities and potential sales leads to the appropriate sales teams within com
- Under direction of the Fujifilm Sales Managers, produces timely consumable quotes based on customer pricing targets and historical data, and distributes other sales data to educate customers about features and benefits of products
- Performs proactive engagement within assigned customer base in effort to assess needs and conduct follow-up activities
- Remain current on printing industry trends through methods agreed upon by manager
- Other related duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills/Education
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 or more years of customer service experience
- Ability to work within a team structure
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to learn and retain product information as it relates to the printing industry
- Necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Desired Skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration
- Printing Industry experience
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- SAP experience
