Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Engage with homeowners, businesses, and community groups to educate them on the benefits of joining a community solar project
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, such as direct outreach, networking events, and referral programs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
