Overview
The Customer Set Up and Maintenance Specialist will have responsibility for set-up of Office Depot Contract accounts to ensure account accuracy. This person will manage complex account set-ups that are submitted by the field selling organization and will manage maintenance requests including account and end user changes. This person will ensure internet accounts are set-up and end user access is established for online ordering. They will also manage the store discount program processing for customers utilizing this function.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage set-up of accounts and end users providing access to Office Depot ordering platforms for our customers
- Perform tasks associated with the setup and maintenance of all business customers. Providing support to both internal and external business customers utilizing various corporate support systems; following specific operating procedures.
- Communication with a wide range of Office Depot associates to ensure account set-ups are done on time and accurately.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal communication for both internal and external customers. Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette.
- Data Entry Skills that are beneficial to accurate account set-up for our BSD accounts and the end users utilizing the BSD website.
- Manage set-up of all BSD Internet Users, Custom Shopping Lists, Customized Views, Approvals and Workflows, Custom Bulletin Boards.
- Manage Store Purchasing card Set-up and Processing, ensuring that cards are received by all applying end users.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years experiences in account administration or customer set up
- Experience with AOPS
- Data entry skills
