Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation of facility maintenance functions
- Inspect building for maintenance issues
- Respond to and complete maintenance requests
- Develop and provide cost estimates for labor and materials
- Perform a variety of brick, cement, and carpentry work
- Install, maintain and repair valves, sinks, sewers, electric motors, generators and other equipment
- Maintain accurate records and document cost repairs, projects and work orders
- Receive, inventory and maintain materials and supplies
- Assist with the development of safety programs
- Attend meetings and trainings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Good communication skills highly preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years??? experience in building maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to work alone
