Customer Service/Sales Support

Title: Adminstrative Support/Inside Sales

This position will require to be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.

Develop procedures and policies for office activities such as filing, records maintenance, inventory control and database management.

Anticipate, assess, analyze, and address key customer and staff needs; be proactive in determining the appropriate action in both routine and non-routine situations.

Analyze and solve problems when there are no available precedents, guidelines, or policies by drawing upon experience, research, and other problem-solving techniques.

The ideal candidate must be reliable/punctual and professional. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30. This is not a work from home position. We need this person to be in our office to perform their duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the administrative needs on both Wholesale and Retail Division.

· Coordinate implementation of special projects as assigned by the CEO and COO

· Create department specific policy and procedures as needed.

· Work between the Wholesale and Retail side of the business maintaining policy and procedures

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field

· Valid Washington State Drivers license

· Proficient use of computer and Microsoft Office, particularly word, Excel

· Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently with little supervision

· Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, while handling sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive’s role within the organization

· Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines in a professional manner

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Small Business experience a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
