Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to interact with customers, address their concerns, and assist with their needs. Outside of their customer facing role, they will also be expected to assist with production needs.
They will be responsible for:
Customer Service:
-answering incoming phone calls, livechat messages, and customer emails
-assisting with customer requests/inquiries and in-store pickup customers
-Processing returns/return to sender items
- Invoicing customers, as needed
-Reporting damaged/defective inventory weekly
Production Assistant, as needed:
- Pulling merchandise/inventory for orders
- Assisting with loading engraving machines
- Assisting with assembling orders
The ideal candidate is:
-detail oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
-proficient working with computers and adaptable to new technologies
-able to work quickly and efficiently and multi-task as needed
-can work both independently as well as in a team environment
-customer focused with ability to respond to customers professionally and effectively, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
*preferred applicants will have prior experience with customer service
This position has a 60 day probationary period (following a two week training) upon which at completion employees meeting job criteria will be offered a full time position with an increase in pay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
