We are a Manufacture/Distribution company of Kitchen and Bath products. We distribute our products through our Dealer base.
Job Duties Include but not limited to:
- Enter customer purchase orders into our system
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from existing and new customers
- Assist customers with product data, specifications, and warranties
- Filing, data entry, invoicing and providing rate quotes.
- Product technical Support
Skills and Qualification:
- Customer service experience a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and MS Office software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Must possess good phone skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
